Hotel services platform Alice has purchased GoConcierge, a software for concierges, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal comes hard on the heals of $26 million in Series B funding that Alice secured a week ago.

The funding round came from Expedia which also led a Series A round of $9.5m for Alice in late 2015.

According to a statement, the deal brings about 1,000 GoConcierge customers with it with Alice hoping to extend its services to these customers as well.

GoConcierge is web-based technology for concierges as well as other departments such as front desk, guest services and housekeeping. The software helps manage tasks.
