Inntopia acquires Ryan Solutions, looks at full-service offering for travel brands
By cameron in Uncategorized
Inntopia is to add a range of marketing and digital customer services to its arsenal following a deal to buy Ryan Solutions.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Until now, Inntopia has specialised in providing distribution, reservation and property management tools to hotels, activity suppliers and destination marketing organisations.
The acquisition of Ryan Solutions will give it the ability to extend its portfolio of products with customer relationship management and database marketing.
The new, enlarged company will have a headcount of around 65 people across two locations in Vermont and Colorado, US.
Ryan’s founder, Corey Ryan, will become chief commercial officer, with fellow founder Ben Zeeb taking on the role on senior vice president for product development.
Current director of communications will become director of marketing for Inntopia.
The two companies currently share around half their combined client base.
Inntopia CEO, Trevor Crist, says:
“With both Commerce and CRM now under one roof, existing and future partners will have access to a platform perfectly integrated to help resorts, hotels, and attractions fill more beds, sell more tickets and golf rounds, and do so with the best technology and service available.”
The company is part of the wider Northstar Travel Group, owner of PhoCusWright.
